In 2022, L'Oréal decided to collaborate with Mobile Digital Insights (MDI), a research agency specialised fully in mobile digital research. This collaboration resulted in the creation of AfriLab: a fully mobile digital consumer research communities in Nigeria and South Africa, facilitating in-the-moment feedback from African consumers for the first time.

📣 QUALITATIVE SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER : MOROCCO, CASABLANCA

🌐 About the Role:
You will be working with multi-national clients and play a key role in co-developing creative solutions to their biggest business challenges. Working across a range of industries, supporting diverse business needs including branding, communications, strategic planning, customer experience, product development and consumer behaviour you will be part of the team ensuring we deliver exceptional insights across quantitative research projects.

You will be involved in all aspects from Research Design to Data Analysis and Insights Delivery.
This is a MOROCCAN-based regional client servicing role.

👤 What we're looking for:

  • At least 6 yrs of robust agency-side quantitative market research experience

  • Ability to independently conduct quantitative analysis & reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant field of study.

  • Excellent communication skills. (Fluency in English, French and Arabic)

  • Experience conducting research across various markets would be a plus.

  • Excellent ability to use Microsoft office – particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

  • Experience with SPSS or other statistics packages in a plus.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, along with being a great team player.

  • Based in MOROCCO ( Casablanca ) with full working rights.
